If you’re ready to shape the future of fabrication, come build it with us.\nYour Impact:\nThe Quality Technician is responsible for monitoring and maintaining manufacturing processes and materials to ensure that Formlabs Ohio products are in conformance with quality requirements. \nWhat You'll Do:\nWork closely with cross-functional teams including production and manufacturing to assure that the expected quality requirements are being met.\nPerforms in-process inspections of regulated and non-regulated manufacturing processes.\nPerforms inspection on incoming materials and components \nPrepares, distributes, and approves labels for use in regulated product manufacturing.\nReview quality records and processes to ensure quality requirements are being met.\nSupports the development of new Department Operating Procedures and quality forms and records.\nPerforms and supports qualification, maintenance, and calibration of equipment as needed.\nUses quality tools, instrumentation, and standards to verify product specifications\nPerforms and supports quality-related failure investigations\nGenerates non-conforming reports and CAPA reports.\nUses quality metrics to drive continuous improvement. \nAll other duties as assigned by supervision.\nAbout You:\n3-4 years experience working in manufacturing quality operations.\nExperience in a regulated manufacturing environment a plus (food and beverage, medical, automotive)\nExperience in quality control system, failure investigation, and continuous improvement.\nExcellent written and oral communication skills.\nExcellent attention to detail. \nMust be able to manage multiple tasks.\nProficient in Microsoft systems\nBonus Skills: \nBachelor's degree preferred\nExperience working in an ISO 9001 environment \nOur Benefits & Perks:\nMedical/dental/vision insurance \n3% 401k match\nCompany provided lunch 3 days a week\nUnlimited access to 3d printing\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
