  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams across the business to execute integrated partner campaigns.

  • Race Weekend Delivery: Oversee on-site partner operations during race weekends, managing brand presence, guest access, activations, and real-time issue resolution.

  • Provider & Race Partner Servicing: Coordinate the operational integration of Official Providers (including Value-in-Kind deliverables) and assist local Race Partners with market-specific activations.

  • Reporting & Account Growth: Prepare regular status updates, post-race reviews, and end-of-season summaries while identifying proactive opportunities to add partner value.

What we're looking for in you:

  • Track Record: Proven background in partnership, sponsorship, or key account management within a global sports property, rights-holder, or major events environment.

  • Event & On-Site Experience: Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and delivering partner rights on-site during live race weekends or major international events.

  • Account Governance: Exceptional organisational skills with proven competence maintaining rights trackers, budgets, and approval workflows across multiple partner accounts simultaneously.

  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate confidently across different cultures, departments, and seniority levels. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.

  • Mindset: A responsive, relationship-led professional who remains calm under live event pressure and takes proactive ownership of partner success.

  • Travel: Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally and work race weekends throughout the season.

What's in it for you?

  • 25 days' annual leave, Birthday day off and Wellbeing leave

  • Opportunity to extend your stay if travelling for a race event

  • Health Cash Plan and access to the Aviva Digital Workplace app

  • Enhanced Parental Leave
