You will be involved in technical decision-making, architectural evolution and improving how we build and run our systems. \nWhat You’ll Do\nDrive the further development of our backend systems and services\n\nTake part in architectural decisions and backlog prioritization\n\nRefactor and improve existing codebases, reducing technical debt\n\nBuild and enhance APIs to make our platform more accessible and scalable\n\nAutomate internal processes to support business teams and customers\n\nTake shared ownership of DevOps topics, including deployment, monitoring and reliability\n\nOrchestrate Docker containers for stable deployments on AWS\n\nBuild and maintain automated deployment pipelines (e.g. Drone.io, Cypress)\n\nCreate and maintain clean, sustainable documentation\n\nWhat You Bring\nStrong experience with backend development in a production environment \n\nIn-depth understanding of Django and Django REST framework or similar \n\nPython proficiency (must-have)\n\nHands-on experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, containerization and cloud environments\n\nExperience with Docker and AWS; OpenSearch and monitoring tools are a plus\n\nA pragmatic, quality-driven engineering mindset with a sense of ownership\n\nAbility to balance code quality, delivery speed and system reliability\n\nEnjoyment of working in a collaborative team that shares responsibility and impact\n\nBonus skill: a surprisingly solid taste in bad music for the perfect sprint song\n\nIf you are excited about building scalable backend systems that actually make a difference, and you want to grow together with a purpose-driven team, we’d love to hear from you.\nThe actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience and is between3,900 € and 5,000 € gross per month (on a 38.5 hour basis).
