for building, automating, and operating cloud-based infrastructure and applications; delivering changes through infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines; monitoring system reliability and responding to incidents; and building tools that automate repetitive tasks to minimize errors and prevent downtime.\nExpectations\nManage and maintain Microsoft Azure services to include Entra ID, Azure networking, Azure Data Factory, etc. using infrastructure as code (Terraform)\nBuild and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure, internal and third-party application deployments\nImplement monitoring, alerting, and service level objectives (SLOs) across the Azure environment\nParticipate in incident response and post-incident reviews for production systems\nMaintain company’s security standards in the Azure ecosystem\nCreate system diagrams, runbooks, and documentation as needed\nProvide Tier 3 operational support as needed\nPerform other duties as assigned\nCompetencies\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills\nStrong team building/support skills\nStrong troubleshooting, problem solving, and analytical skills\nSelf-motivated and self-directed\nAutomation-first mindset focused on reliability and continuous improvment\nRequisites\nBachelor’s Degree, University Program Certificate or equivalent combination of education and experience\nMinimum of one IT industry certification, e.g., Azure Administrator, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, HashiCorp Terraform Associate, etc.\nTwo or more years’ experience in a cloud
