These services include providing benefits through innovative life and health insurance plans, financial services, and customized insurance products for niche markets.\nPosition Summary\nThe Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst is responsible for ensuring Information Technology (I.T.) solution deliverables meet or exceed product requirements and business acceptance criteria. The QA Analyst works with developers and business partners to ensure that requirements and acceptance criteria are represented, documented, and tested through execution of comprehensive test plans. The QA Analyst also devises and executes integration, regression, and any related, comprehensive test plans to ensure quality thresholds are met or exceeded.\nResponsibilities\nBecome intimately familiar with applications currently in use. \nCreate and document Test Plans / Test Cases, and execute scenarios using written and implied requirements. \nLog and track defects using provided work tools. \nReview business and functional requirements to compile a full understanding of deliverables. \nContinuously maintain and update test plans as products evolve throughout the entire software development life cycle. \nEnsure that deliverables meet all functional and design specs and report any non-compliance to management. \nContinuous review of product requirements to ensure that new or modified software conforms to enterprise standards and suggest modifications to conform to said standards as needed. \nInteract with internal customers performing testing of break fix tickets to ensure adherence to requirements and acceptance of deliverables. \nQualifications\nBS in Computer Science, or equivalent experience in substantially similar position.\n3+ years of QA technical experience within a software development organization.\nStrong analytical skills are a must.\nAbility to create and execute test plans given minimal written instructions.\nAbility to liaise with Development, business owners and internal customers.\nExperience working within Azure DevOps.\nBest if experienced with:\nInsurance Industry experience.\nKnowledge of SmartComm software products, BizTalk, ImageNow, Excel, and EDI processing.\nPayment Card Industry data security standards (PCI DSS).\nPersonal Health Information security standards (PHI).\nInsurance industry IT support and security.\nLaws, policies, procedures, or governance relevant to cybersecurity.\nPlus if experience with SSRS, Power BI, or other reporting systems.\nWe offer comprehensive benefits to full-time employees including company-paid medical, STD, LTD and life insurance;
