They will perform monthly audits of completed work and share the data with other departments. This position also analyzes errors and identifies training needs and strategies to meet quality standards. This information can be used to ensure the organization's adherence to compliance.\nExpectations\nCompletes QA of an individual employee’s workload and ensures accuracy and that SLA's are met.\nProvides feedback and performance results to the Department Manager on a monthly basis.\nCreates training schedules and recommends training modules needed which is necessary to improve performance.\nAbility to cross train team members in other departments on various tasks.\nIdentify training gaps, provides solutions and implements appropriate course of action.\nProvides onboard training for new hires.\nActs as a liaison on internal company audits. Will coordinate with administration to obtain necessary audit materials and assists the team lead in responding to follow up inquiries regarding documents received.
