These services include providing benefits through innovativelife and health insurance plans, financial services, and customized insurance products for niche markets.\nPosition Summary\nThe Quality Assurance Trainer/Auditor is responsible for quality review of work completed by department specialists monthly. This position analyzes errors and determines current skill levels with unit manager and identifies training needs and strategies to meet quality standards. This information can then be used to determine additional training requirements and to provide indicators to enhance performance of units.\nExpectations\nCompletes audits of individual employee’s work providing feedback and performance grade to the Department Manager. \nCompletes audits of application set up to ensure information is fully completed on the correct application form with accurate information.\nComplete audit of payment processing to ensure accurate amount has been entered into the system in a timely manner.\nComplete audit of enforce changes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.\nComplete targeted audits of various processes as directed by Department Manager.\nRecommends additional training and may participate in additional training modules if necessary to improve areas of performance. \nRecommends changes in workflow to improve overall quality, if necessary. \nWorks with indirect supervision.\nPosition requires thorough knowledge of company policies, products and workflow.\nPossesses ability to communicate effectively with internal and external staff. \nCompetencies\nExcellent interpersonal skills, as well as oral, analytical, facilitations and written skills. \nProficient level of organizational skills.\nProficient PC applications skills in Windows-based products.\nRequisites\n5 years’ experience in Insurance Administration\nCollege degree\nWe offer comprehensive benefits to full-time employees including company-paid medical, STD, LTD and life insurance;
