If you’re looking for a workplace that values collaboration, innovation and having fun while making a meaningful impact, you’ll fit right in.\nWhat You Will Do\nEnter, code and process vendor invoices, matching each one to its purchase order, receipt and approval\nRoute invoices for approval and follow up on missing approvals or backup documentation\nSet up and maintain vendor records, including W-9s and certificates of insurance\nReconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies, duplicate invoices and past-due balances\nHelp prepare weekly payment runs (check, ACH and card) and keep the supporting documentation organized\nAnswer vendor and internal questions about invoice and payment status\nProcess employee expense reports and corporate card receipts against company policy\nScan, file and maintain A/P records so they stay complete and audit-ready\nSupport month-end close with aging reports, accrual backup and other tasks as assigned\nWhat You’ll Need\nForsite welcomes applicants from all backgrounds and is looking for the right person to join our team.
