This is a senior leadership role that blends practice building with delivery accountability: you will define the QA strategy, align it to business objectives, and make sure every solution we ship to clients meets a consistently high quality bar, on time and on budget.\nYou will lead a team of manual and automation QA engineers responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of QA projects and services across client engagements. That means owning test strategy and test plan creation, driving disciplined execution, standardizing best practices across accounts, and building deep capability in both functional and automated testing — including modern and AI-assisted testing approaches.\nThis is a high-visibility role for someone who is equally comfortable in a steering committee conversation about delivery risk and in a working session reviewing an automation framework design. overall QA strategy, roadmap, and operating model, ensuring alignment with business and delivery objectives\nLead and manage the QA team responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of QA projects and services across client engagements\nOversee the creation, review, and execution of test strategies, test plans, test cases, and traceability across functional, regression, integration, UAT, and non-functional testing\nBuild and scale QA capability in both manual and automation testing, including framework design, tooling selection, and reusable accelerators\nEstablish and enforce QA standards, best practices, entry/exit criteria, and governance across all accounts and delivery teams\nDrive test automation coverage and ROI, including the adoption of AI-assisted testing approaches such as test generation and self-healing scripts\nManage QA project timelines, effort estimates, resourcing, and budgets; report status, risks, and quality metrics to leadership and clients\nDefine and track quality KPIs — defect leakage, defect density, automation coverage, test cycle time, and cost of quality — and drive continuous improvement against them\nPartner with delivery leads, program managers, engineering, and DevOps teams to embed quality earlier in the SDLC and support CI/CD pipelines\nHire, mentor, and develop QA engineers and leads; build career paths, training plans, and a strong quality-first culture\nSupport pre-sales and client conversations by scoping, estimating, and positioning QA service offerings where required\nManage escalations related to quality, conduct root cause analysis on escaped defects, and implement preventive measures\n\nRequirements:\nProven experience leading QA / quality engineering teams in a consulting, services, or product delivery environment\nStrong track record defining QA strategy, processes, and governance across multiple concurrent projects or accounts\nDeep hands-on grounding in manual testing disciplines: test planning, test design, defect management, and UAT support\nSolid expertise in test automation — framework design and tools such as Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, or equivalent\nExperience testing enterprise applications and integrations, including API and data validation testing\nAbility to manage project timelines, estimation, resourcing, and budgets for QA engagements\nStrong people leadership skills: hiring, mentoring, performance management, and capability building\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including client-facing delivery conversations\nWorking knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery models and QA integration into CI/CD pipelines\n\nNice to Have:\nExperience testing Salesforce implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud/CPQ, Data Cloud)\nExposure to Salesforce-oriented test tooling such as Provar, Copado, or Tricentis\nExperience with AI-assisted or agentic testing approaches — automated test generation, self-healing automation, intelligent test selection\nPerformance, security, or accessibility testing exposure\nISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent quality certifications\nExperience supporting pre-sales, QA service offering development, or practice P&L / utilization ownership\n\nQualifications:\nExperience:: 12+ years in QA / quality engineering, including 4+ years leading QA teams or a QA practice\nEducation:: B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical
