{"id":2379690,"url":"https://alion.io/job/fort-knox-group-store-visual-merchandiser","title":"Store Visual Merchandiser","company":{"id":3898932,"name":"Fort Knox Group","domain":"fortknoxoutsourcing.com","url":"https://alion.io/company/fort-knox-group","size_band":null,"is_staffing_agency":false,"employer_type":"direct","is_intermediary":false,"listed_via":null,"ats_vendor":null,"truth_index":null},"role":"Sales","role_family":"Sales","seniority":"junior","employment_type":"full_time","work_mode":"on_site","remote_scope":null,"remote_scope_basis":null,"remote_working_hours":null,"hiring_geo_confidence":"structured","locations":["Lagos, Nigeria"],"countries":["NG"],"hiring_countries":[],"hiring_countries_total":0,"salary":null,"salary_estimate":null,"experience_years_min":2,"visa_sponsorship":false,"relocation_package":false,"has_equity":false,"technologies":[{"name":"Microsoft Office","optional":true}],"status":"live","first_seen_at":"2026-10-12T14:33:09Z","employer_posted_date":null,"last_verified_at":"2026-10-12T14:33:09Z","board_verified":false,"closed_at":null,"days_open":19,"trust":{"level":"not_scored","repost_count":null,"flags":[],"days_open":19},"description":"Key Responsibilities\n Manage and maintain visual merchandising standards across 6 retail stores.\n Conduct regular visits to each store to inspect and improve product presentation and visual standards.\n Plan and implement attractive product displays that maximise customer attention and support sales.\n Ensure all stores consistently follow approved brand guidelines, layouts and merchandising standards.\n Develop and maintain window displays, promotional areas, product zones and point-of-sale displays.\n Coordinate the implementation of new product launches, seasonal displays and promotional campaigns across all six stores.\n Ensure products are correctly positioned, properly displayed, well organised and adequately priced.\n Identify opportunities to improve store layouts and product positioning based on customer behaviour and sales performance.\n Work closely with Store Managers and retail teams to ensure effective execution of visual merchandising standards.\n Train and guide store teams on proper product presentation and visual merchandising practices.\n Conduct regular merchandising audits and provide feedback and corrective actions to store teams.\n Monitor competitors' store displays and identify relevant visual merchandising trends and opportunities.\n Ensure promotional materials, signage, fixtures and other merchandising assets are properly installed and maintained.\n Take and submit photographic reports of store displays and merchandising execution.\n Track merchandising activities across the six stores and provide regular reports to management.\n Support retail activations, promotional campaigns and in-store events when required.\n Ensure consistency in brand identity and customer experience across all assigned stores.\n Requirements\n Bachelor's degree or HND in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Marketing, Retail Management, Art & Design, Business Administration or a related field.\n 2–4 years of proven experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Merchandising, Store Operations or a related role.\n Experience managing visual merchandising across multiple retail locations is highly desirable.\n Experience in fashion, consumer electronics, beauty, FMCG, lifestyle or other retail environments is an advantage.\n Strong understanding of store layout, product placement and retail display techniques.\n Excellent creative and aesthetic sense with strong attention to detail.\n Ability to maintain consistent visual standards across multiple locations.\n Good understanding of how visual merchandising influences customer experience and sales.\n Strong organisational and time-management skills.\n Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with multiple Store Managers and teams.\n Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
