We are looking for candidates with not only an exceptional skillset, but also an exceptional mindset, willing to go above and beyond to make our outstanding team even better.\nResponsibilities\nFull ownership of the hiring process - from intake through offer, ensuring a positive candidate experience from time of application through hiring and beyond.\n\nScreening and review of resumes, portfolios, and cover letters to evaluate if candidates meet the qualifications and requirements for open roles.\n\nManaging and conducting initial screening calls to assess a candidate's hard skills, cultural fit, and overall alignment with Fortaegis\n\nMaintain and develop the pipeline of eligible candidates for open positions using an ATS\n\nVocalize and embody the mission and culture of our company towards candidates - including being their point of contact\n\nPartnering closely with hiring managers to define a role, its requirements and the ideal candidate\n\nProactively source candidates, by using LinkedIn Recruiter or other relevant tools\n\nCoordinate interview logistics\n\nUpkeep of our job boards and careers website\n\nWork comfortably with all levels of the organization and able to appropriately challenge when necessary.\n\nRequirements\nMinimum of a Bachelor’s degree\n\nFluent in English, written and spoken\n\nExperience working within ATS.
