  • Запуск кросс-функциональных команд разработки
  • Развитие команд
  • Отслеживание состояния команд
  • Вендор-менеджмент

Проект

  • Ответственность за качество инкрементов, сроки и Lead Time
  • Управление релизным циклом
  • Управление техническим долгом
  • Организация поддержки продукта в рамках принятых стандартов на уровне компании
  • Взаимодействие с внешним вендором и международной командой: планирование, приёмка результатов, контроль сроков и качества поставки
  • Синхронизация работы смешанных команд: внутренняя команда банка и вендор работают по единым процессам и стандартам
  • Взаимодействие с бизнес-владельцем, Product-командой, архитекторами, системными аналитиками, QA и ИБ
  • Прозрачная отчётность по прогрессу, рискам и зависимостям для руководства и стейкхолдеров
  • Подготовка проекта к следующим фазам: от Premier к Retail и SME

Управление технологическим процессом

  • Имплементация базового технологического процесса
  • Тюнинг процессов под команду или проект
  • Выбор методологии под проект / процесс
  • Работа с метриками процесса

Требования:

  • Опыт работы в роли SEM (Software Engineer Manager), TUL (Technical Unit Lead), Tech/Team Lead, PM от 2 лет
  • Опыт работы с 3+ командами, 20+ сотрудников
  • Понимание современных Agile-фреймворков и практик
  • Знание жизненного цикла ПО
  • Опыт управления вендорами или аутсорсными командами: приёмка результатов, контроль сроков и качества, работа с бюджетом
  • Английский язык на уровне не ниже Upper-Intermediate (B2): ежедневная переписка и созвоны с международной командой вендора
  • Опыт работы в распределённых командах и навыки ведения переговоров и эскалации рисков

Будет плюсом

  • Технический бэкграунд
  • Agile-сертификация (не ниже уровня scrum.org)
  • Опыт в банках или fintech, работы с мобильными продуктами и микросервисной архитектурой
  • Опыт запуска нового продукта с нуля
