In this role, you will handle a range of accounts payable processes, including matching invoices against approved purchase orders, recording invoices, tracking expenses, performing bank and credit card reconciliations, and processing expense reimbursements.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nOversee daily accounts payable activities, including those noted below, for Forter Ltd. and its subsidiaries\nReceive AP invoices and process them into Zip and NetSuite\nReconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted\nPerform bank reconciliations\nCollaborate with the Accounting team on daily tasks and the monthly close process, including fixed assets and prepaid expenses\nMonitor corporate payment tools (Zip CC, Mesh, credit cards), review and process employee travel and expense reimbursement reports, ensuring accuracy, policy compliance, and timely processing\nVerify and investigate vendor discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements\nManage the AP aging and Employees aging reports on a monthly basis\nManage Fixed assets module including purchases and disposals.\nHandling Israeli VAT reporting and performing periodic VAT reconciliations\nSupport audit requests as needed\nSupport ad hoc accounting projects as needed\nWhat you’ll need:\nRequired:\nCertified Bookkeeper (Type 2 or higher)\n5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience, including experience in the high-tech industry\nStrong verbal and written English skills\nStrong Excel skills (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis)\nStrong organizational and time-management skills\nStrong analytical skills\nAbility to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment\nBe able to Work Independently and as Part of the Team\n* Preferred: Experience working with NetSuite, Mesh, Expensify, P2P - Zip\nAbout us:\nCommerce is evolving faster than the systems built to support it.
