All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or protected Veteran status.\nPlease be advised, visa sponsorship is not available for this position.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nEducation/Certification:\nBachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field, and a minimum of 1 years’ experience in accounting/financial analysis experience; or an equivalent combination of 5 years education, training, certifications, and relevant professional and/or military experience that demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the position. \nRequired Knowledge:\nWorking knowledge of financial analysis and risk management concepts. \nGeneral understanding of investments, financial research, and reporting. \nKnowledge of accounting concepts, practices, procedures, and financial reports.\nFamiliarity with related regulations, statutes and filing requirements.\nPreference for working in organizations prioritizing personal humility, diversity, inclusion, teamwork, and collaboration. \nExperience Required:\nMinimum 1-3 years of accounting/financial analysis experience.\nInternships, co-ops, or relevant coursework may be considered in place of some experience.\nFinancial institution or credit union experience preferred.\nSkills/Abilities: \nAble to accurately assess the cultural environment, exhibiting emotional intelligence and appropriate sensitivity while maintaining individuality.\nWell organized.
