XML.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of developed solutions.\nArtificial Intelligence & Automation\nParticipate in the design and deployment of generative AI-based solutions.\nConfigure and optimize AI assistants, copilots, and intelligent workflows.\nDesign and refine prompts to effectively address business needs.\nContribute to integrating AI models (LLMs) into customer processes.\nParticipate in projects involving technologies such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and intelligent automation.\nPerform testing and validation to ensure the quality, relevance, and reliability of AI-generated outputs.\nCustomer Engagement\nSupport customers in adopting new solutions.\nPresent technical solutions to stakeholders.\nProvide functional and technical best practices within the team.\nStay up to date with developments in ERP solutions, AI technologies, and integration platforms.\nSkills, Knowledge & Expertise\nKnowledge of software development technologies such as .NET, C#, Java, or equivalent frameworks.\nStrong SQL skills.\nExperience with REST APIs and web services.\nGood understanding of JSON and XML formats.\nKnowledge of integration architectures and data exchange principles.\nFamiliarity with authentication protocols such as OAuth2 and JWT is a plus.\n Artificial Intelligence\nStrong interest in Generative AI and emerging technologies.\nUnderstanding of Large Language Models (LLMs).\nKnowledge of Prompt Engineering principles.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, or similar technologies is an advantage.\nInterest in RAG architectures, AI agents, and intelligent automation.\nERP & Business Applications\nGeneral understanding of business processes and ERP environments.\nKnowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or CRM modules is considered a plus.\n Soft skills\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong customer orientation and service mindset.\nCurious,
