Associate, Digital Sales (Female/Male)

Digital Sales Junior supports daily digital sales activities under close supervision. The role helps engage customers through digital channels, prepares basic sales materials and supports virtual meetings and demonstrations. The Associate provides information to customers and internal teams, follows defined procedures and makes minor pre-approved updates to systems and processes. The role applies theoretical knowledge gained through education and builds practical experience in digital selling.

Additionally, the role supports lead generation and qualification activities, maintains accurate customer and opportunity data in CRM systems, and assists in executing digital marketing and sales campaigns. The Associate collaborates with sales, marketing and customer success teams to ensure a consistent customer experience, monitors customer interactions, and follows up on routine inquiries. The position also contributes to pipeline development by identifying potential sales opportunities and gathering customer feedback to support continuous improvement of sales processes and digital engagement strategies. As experience grows, the Associate progressively takes ownership of assigned activities and develops core consultative selling and customer relationship management skills.
