landscape.\nResponsibilities\nSystem Administration & Platform Support\nAdminister, configure, and support the NetSuite ERP platform across multiple European business units.\nPerform day-to-day system administration tasks including roles, permissions, workflows, forms, saved searches, and dashboards.\nMonitor system health, performance, and integrations to ensure platform stability and availability.\nSupport month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities from a systems perspective.\nUser Support & Service Delivery\nProvide high-quality 2nd line support to NetSuite users, resolving functional and technical issues.\nAct as a point of escalation for complex application and integration-related incidents.\nCollaborate with 1st line support teams to ensure effective triage, resolution, and communication.\nDeliver user guidance, documentation, and training materials to improve adoption and self-service.\n Data Management & Integrity\nPerform regular data audits, validation, and cleansing activities within NetSuite.\nSupport bulk data operations using NetSuite data tools (CSV imports, SuiteAnalytics, saved searches).\nEnsure data consistency and accuracy across integrated platforms including Salesforce, Zone Billing, and other ERP systems.\n Integration & Interface Support\nSupport integrations between NetSuite and: Zone Billing platforms\nSalesforce (via MuleSoft)\nOther regional ERP and finance systems\n\nWork with integration partners and internal teams to troubleshoot interface failures and data discrepancies.\nAssist with testing and validation of integration changes and releases.\nSecurity, Compliance & Controls\nMaintain NetSuite security best practices, including roles, permissions, segregation of duties, and audit controls.\nSupport compliance with internal governance, financial controls, and regulatory requirements across European territories.\nAssist with audit requests by providing system evidence, access reports, and configuration details.\nChange & Release Support\nSupport change requests, configuration updates, and minor enhancements following established governance processes.\nParticipate in UAT activities for NetSuite and integrated systems.\nSupport release cycles, including regression testing and post-release validation.\nDocumentation & Reporting\nCreate and maintain system documentation, support procedures, configuration records, and user guides.\nDevelop operational reports and saved searches to support business insight and system monitoring.\nCollaboration & Continuous Improvement\nWork closely with Finance, Sales Operations, Billing, and IT stakeholders across multiple countries.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on system usability, automation, and operational efficiency.\nStay current with NetSuite product updates and recommend relevant improvements.\nSkills, Knowledge & Expertise\nMust Have Skills & Experience\nProven experience supporting and administering NetSuite ERP in a production environment. \nStrong understanding of NetSuite security, roles, permissions, workflows, and core financial processes. \nExperience providing end-user support in a multi-country, multi-entity environment. \nHands-on experience with data management, imports, saved searches, and reporting. \nExperience supporting system integrations, ideally involving Salesforce and MuleSoft. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured support mindset. \nExcellent communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders. \nExperience operating within change-controlled, enterprise IT environments.\n\nNice-to-Have / Preferred\nExperience supporting Zone Billing or similar billing platforms. \nExposure to multi-ERP landscapes and complex financial system integrations. \nFamiliarity with ITSM tools (e.g. Jira Service Management) and ITIL-style support processes. \nExperience working in SaaS or high-growth, acquisition-driven organisations. \nUnderstanding of European finance, billing, and compliance considerations.\n\nDesired Qualifications\nExperience: Previous NetSuite Administrator or Application Support roles within complex, integrated ERP environments. \nCertifications: NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification desirable. \nMethodologies: Familiarity with Agile delivery and structured change management
