You are not only on the front lines of recovery-you lead the crew, set the standard for safety and professionalism, and ensure projects are executed efficiently and in accordance with company and IICRC standards.\nWhen it matters most, we show up with heart-and we need leaders who do the same.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead and supervise mitigation crews on residential and commercial job sites\nRespond to emergency mitigation calls and assess property damage caused by fire, water, mold, and weather-related events\nPerform and oversee water extraction, structural drying, and mitigation services in accordance with IICRC standards\nDevelop drying plans and monitor progress to ensure proper equipment placement and moisture goals are met\nRemove and dispose of damaged building materials safely and efficiently\nDecontaminate, clean, and deodorize affected interior spaces\nCollaborate with the Contents Division to clean, pack, and store salvageable items\nDocument job progress through photos, moisture readings, and detailed notes using PSA and other required software\nCommunicate clearly and professionally with clients, adjusters, and internal teams\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times\nEnsure proper setup, operation, cleaning, and storage of tools and equipment\nTrain and mentor Mitigation Technicians to uphold quality and safety standards\nFollow warehouse and vehicle protocols, including daily documentation of consumables and equipment use\nRequirements\nWhat You’ll Bring\nRequired\nIICRC WRT certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)\nPrior experience in restoration, mitigation, or construction\nDemonstrated ability to lead a crew and manage job site workflow\nProficiency with hand and power tools\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in varying environments\nStrong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills\nStrong social awareness and customer service mindset\nAcceptable driving record\nReliable attendance and punctuality\nAbility to navigate Microsoft Teams and complete onsite documentation using a smartphone and industry software (Proven Jobs, Encircle, Docusketch)\nTeam-oriented mindset with a positive, solution-focused attitude\nMust be able to safely wear and work in required personal protective equipment (PPE), including a respirator, as an essential function of the position, with or without reasonable accommodations. \nPreferred\nASD (Applied Structural Drying) certification\nExperience with PSA or similar job management platforms\nExperience training or mentoring team members\nBenefits\nWhat We Offer\nCompensation & Benefits\nCompetitive hourly pay based on experience\nComprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage\n401(k) with company match\nGenerous PTO and 9 paid holidays\nCompany vehicle (role dependent)\nCompany technology stipend (monthly)\nCompany gear and branded materials. $300 of swag bucks to use on our company merch site.\nOngoing training and certification support\nCulture & Opportunity\nHands-on leadership role with meaningful impact in the Topsham community\nSupportive team culture focused on safety and excellence\nClear growth path within a PE-backed, expanding organization\nPaid training and certification advancement\nA values-driven, collaborative team that has your back\nReady to Join Us?\nWe are building the future of property protection, and we need strong leaders in the field to help us get there.
