This role blends cybersecurity expertise, systems engineering, and software development, with a strong focus on automation, reliability, and secure-by-design solutions.\nYou will work closely with pre-sales stakeholders and internal systems engineers to design, build, and operate scalable platforms that improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enable secure technical operations across the organization.\nResponsibilities\nSolution & Platform Engineering\nSupport, maintain, and continuously improve internal solutions and tools used across sales and pre-sales organizations.\nDesign and implement automation-first solutions to streamline workflows, reduce operational friction, and improve consistency.\nOwn solutions across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC): requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.\nSecurity & Systems Operations\nTroubleshoot complex security, network, and system issues in primarily Linux-based environments.\nContribute to secure system architectures involving virtualization, containers, and networked services.\nLead firewall management, including policy design, rule optimization, auditing, and advanced troubleshooting.\nSoftware Development & Automation\nDevelop and enhance internal platforms, APIs, and automation using Python (Django) and Ruby on Rails.\nApply secure coding practices, code reviews, and automated testing to ensure reliability and maintainability.\nIntegrate solutions with existing infrastructure, tools, and services across Linux, Windows, and macOS environments.\nEnablement & Collaboration\nParticipate in solution validation, internal demonstrations, and technical enablement activities.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to translate operational and security needs into scalable technical solutions.\nProduce clear documentation and operational runbooks to support adoption and long-term maintainability.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nSenior-level experience in cybersecurity, with strong expertise in firewalls, network security, and incident troubleshooting.\nStrong background in automation and software engineering, including proficiency in Python (Django) and Ruby on Rails.\nSolid understanding of SDLC best practices, including version control (git and mecurial), testing, and deployment strategies.\nAdvanced Linux system administration skills;
