corrective actions to restore operations.\nImplement and execute defensive strategies to address cybersecurity breaches and events, safeguarding critical information assets, data repositories, and system infrastructure.\nProduce regular reports to summarize service activity and performance.\nDevelop core competency on Fortinet’s product line and technologies with a primary focus on FortiGate, FortiManager and LAN Edge devices.\nSkills and Attributes Requirements:\nStrong understanding of data networking protocols, specifically TCP/IP, routing and switching\nGood troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\nHands-on sys admin experience on security products and technologies (e.g. Firewalls, IDS/IPS, SD-WAN, VPN, ZTNA)\nPrevious experience on Fortinet products is an advantage\nThe role involves working in the office 4 days per week, with a shift schedule that includes regular weekend work.\nEffective and clear communication skills\nFluent spoken and written English and knowledge of local language is a distinct advantage\nPositive customer-oriented attitude\nEducational and Experience Requirements:\nMinimum of 4 years of experience in a Network Operations
