Firewall)\n\nStrong troubleshooting and problem solving skills\n\nFace to face and remote customer management experience\n\nPrevious experience in a technical support position with telco or large enterprise space.\n\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills\n\nPrevious experience on Fortinet products is an advantage\n\nEducational and Experience Requirements:\nMinimum of 6 years of experience in a te chnical support/post-sales role\n\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field, or an equivalent experience\n\nFortinet certification FCP, FCSS, FCX a distinct advantage or
