Then join us as a Campus Management Apprentice based in Sophia-Antipolis and help build an inclusive early talent pipeline across EMEA at Fortinet, a global leader in cybersecurity protecting the digital world.
What You Will Do
As part of our EMEA HR team, you will play a key role in developing and nurturing Fortinet’s relationships with universities, schools, associations and academic networks across the region. This is a unique opportunity to grow new initiatives from the ground up and contribute directly to finding the talent that will protect the digital world.
You will be exposed to an international environment and will learn from experienced, inclusive HR team members who are passionate about early talent development. This role is ideal for someone who combines an interest in people with a strong appetite for marketing and communication.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
Building and maintaining strong partnerships with universities, schools, associations and academic networks across EMEA
Designing and executing campus engagement initiatives to promote Fortinet’s employer brand among students and recent graduates
Creating compelling communication materials and content (digital, social, print) to attract diverse early talent profiles
Organising and coordinating virtual and in-person campus events, career fairs, and presentations
Tracking and analysing the effectiveness of campus partnerships and outreach campaigns
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a consistent and inclusive candidate experience
Identifying new opportunities to grow Fortinet’s presence in the academic community
What We Are Looking For
A strong interest in marketing, communication and HR: you love telling stories and connecting people
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging content and campaigns
Proactive and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
A genuine commitment to diversity and inclusion
College or university degree in progress
