Fortinet endpoint security solutions\n\nBasic troubleshooting on the core Fortinet products\n\nConfigure endpoint agents, fine-tune security policies, monitor endpoint alerts for IOCs\n\nTrain customers on security event response playbooks, notifications, and remediation\n\nTune endpoint security policies to improve threat detection\n\nIntegrate endpoint solutions with other standards-based technologies including ADS, SAML, MFA Tokens\n\nProvide technical guidance, documentation, and best-practice recommendations\n\nSupport upgrades, configuration audits, and ongoing endpoint notifications\n\nSetup event notifications to SIEM, SR Ticketing, and other SOC services\n\nRequired Qualifications\nStrong problem solving /debugging, highly organized and proactive customer-facing skills\n\nExperience with security products -firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, EDR, SIEM\n\nStrong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, PKI, Kerberos, NTLM, Cryptography\n\nModern security concepts IPSEC VPN, ZTNA, CASB, URL Web Filtering, etc.\n\nDeep working knowledge of operating systems -- Windows, OSX, Linux\n\nHands on with on-prem deployments including web tier, middleware, and Elasticsearch\n\nHands-on experience with virtualization technologies and Docker containerization in real-world environments.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nFamiliarity with FortiGuard, MITRE Attack, CISA\n\nFortinet Certifications (NSE 5+)\n\nCCNA, CISSP, CCSP, AWS Certified Security, GCP Security Engineer, Azure Security Engineer\n\nExperience in a consulting, MSSP or enterprise security
