We also implement web analytics, monitor website performance and user engagement, and develop reporting solutions to provide actionable insights for the business.\nPosition Overview\nWe are seeking an experienced Frontend AEM Developer to join our web development team and help build, enhance, and maintain high-performance digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and modern frontend technologies.\nThe ideal candidate is a strong frontend engineer with hands-on experience in AEM, Sightly, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, web accessibility, and SEO, and who enjoys working closely with Marketing and Creative teams to translate business requirements into high-quality digital experiences.\nThis role requires someone who can work independently from requirements through implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain enterprise websites and digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).\nBuild modern, reusable, and scalable AEM components using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.\nDevelop and integrate React applications and components within an AEM environment.\nWork closely with Marketing, UX/UI, Content, SEO teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective web solutions.\nTranslate designs, wireframes, and marketing requirements into responsive, accessible, and high-quality web experiences.\nEnsure websites comply with WCAG accessibility standards, including keyboard navigation, screen-reader compatibility, semantic HTML, proper ARIA implementation, color contrast, and accessible forms/components.\nImplement and optimize technical SEO, including semantic markup, metadata, structured content, heading hierarchy, internal linking, canonicalization, page performance, and crawlability.\nOptimize frontend applications for performance, Core Web Vitals, responsive behavior, and cross-browser compatibility.\nDevelop reusable AEM components, templates, dialogs, and frontend implementations.\nTroubleshoot and resolve frontend, AEM, accessibility, SEO, and performance issues.\nCollaborate with backend developers, QA engineers, designers, content authors, and marketing stakeholders.\nParticipate in code reviews and contribute to frontend coding standards and best practices.\nSupport website releases, enhancements, and production issues when needed.\nStay current with modern frontend technologies, accessibility standards, SEO practices, and web development trends.\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of frontend web development experience.\nExperience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).\nStrong experience with React.js and modern frontend development.\nStrong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.\nExperience developing responsive websites and reusable frontend components.\nStrong understanding of web accessibility and WCAG standards.\nPractical experience implementing SEO best practices for enterprise websites.\nExperience working with Marketing, UX, Content, and other business stakeholders.\nAbility to understand business requirements and independently translate them into technical solutions.\nExperience with Git and modern software development workflows.\nStrong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.\nThe US base salary range for this full-time position is $104,000-$127,000.
