They will work with the team managers to identify the appropriate resources to ensure the success of each project. The candidate will have a focus on the activities which are more long-term, multi-resources, and cross-team projects. The position requires an individual with negotiation skills, strong written and verbal communications applying a structured approach to fulfill project requirements.\nA major responsibility of this role is the monitoring and steering of CSE projects. The Project Manager, in collaboration with the Team Managers, should implement the appropriate reporting methodology . The Project Manager should be familiar with the different tools available (SalesForce, Mantis, PMDB and other team internal tools).Some examples of the nature of the expected reports: \nBusiness summary of the top projects per quarter. \nHighlighting of projects that need specific attention \nTechnical and business risk analysis(target audience : Senior management).\n\nMonitor the team operations : ongoing projects, (project) resources allocation, weekly, monthly and yearly reports, …(target audience : Team management).\n\nResponsibilities\nIdentify key project resources and with the team managers compose the right configuration of experts.\nDetermine and validate the project deliverables and scope.\nSafeguard the scope of the project throughout the delivery.\nWork closely with team managers to define and implement reports.\nCoordinate intra-teams where joint involvement is required\nBuild strategic relationships with other departments: Marketing (for CSE dependent events), TAMs and Professional Services (for Customer support at project handover).\nWork with the management team to identify, assess and mitigate project risks.\nSignal delays, risks and scope deviation to management where appropriate.\nJob Requirements\nExceptional organizational skills.\nComfortable with multi-tasking.\nExperience in working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.\nAbility to adjust to dynamic priorities, demands and timelines using analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nOutstanding negotiation, oral communication and presentation skills.\nStrong conflict resolution skills.\nFamiliar with the typical activities of technical teams in general.\nEducation\nProject Manager certification (PRINCE 2, PMP, Agile, PMI,
