A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSalesforce Administration & Optimization: Manage and maintain Salesforce configurations, security settings, workflows, and automation to optimize system performance. Key emphasis will be on Lead, Contact, Campaign and Campaign Member objects.\nSolution Design: Analyze business needs and design scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions, ensuring they align with best practices and organizational goals.\nSalesforce ARM (same as Revenue Cloud) Expertise: Configure, maintain, and enhance Salesforce ARM to streamline pricing, quoting, approvals, and sales processes.\nManage Data 360 (Data Cloud) key configurations and access permissions\nManage Agentforce creation permissions as well as executing migrations of Agentforce Agent configurations\nCustomization & Development: Leverage declarative tools (Flow, Lightning App Builder) and collaborate with developers on custom Apex and Visualforce solutions.\nIntegration Management: Evaluate & oversee integrations with third-party applications and internal systems to ensure seamless data flow with security and governor limits compliance.\nUser Support & Training: Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions to enhance user adoption.\nData Governance & Reporting: Ensure data integrity, and monitor governor limits create reports/dashboards, and provide actionable insights for stakeholders.\nTrack planned platform changes. Coordinate and plan actions in anticipation of such changes\nMaintain platform security posture\nStakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, sales, marketing, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver effective Salesforce solutions.\nQualifications & Requirements:\n10+ years of Salesforce administration experience in complex environments.\nSalesforce ARM/RCA experience is highly desirable. CPQ experience is good to have.\nStrong ability to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.\nBusiness-level communication skills, capable of working with stakeholders across the organization with strong English business communication skills both oral and written\nDegree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)\nExperience with flows, permissions, sharing rules, custom objects, and validation rules\nExperience with writing/creating Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components is a plus\nStrong understanding of SFDC Governor Limits and knowledge about how to monitor them is a plus\nUnderstanding security controls and related policies and functionality such as Shield and or similar 3rd parties that connect to SFDC is a plus\nSalesforce Administrator and ARM/RCA certifications are highly desirable.\nData Management: Proficiency in data management tools like Excel Connector, Data Loader, Demand Tools, Excel and VBA Macros creation in Excel\nExperience with Data 360 Cloud is a big plus\nExperience with configuring and setting up AgentForce is a big plus\nUnderstanding of Channel model business is a plus\nMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.\nThe US base salary range for this full-time position is $140,000-$195,000.
