This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to delivering exceptional cloud security solutions to our clients.\nAs a Senior Software QA Specialist, your responsibilities will include:\nDesign, develop, and execute test cases for FortiGate Cloud products, with a strong focus on Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) testing.\nPerform end-to-end testing of new and existing features, ensuring all components of the platform function seamlessly.\nPlan and perform system-level validation across application, infrastructure, networking, database, and cloud components, including installation, upgrades, integrations, scalability, reliability, and recovery scenarios.\nEstablish and maintain system validation procedures, environment baselines, and supporting documentation to ensure test systems remain stable, reproducible, and aligned with production requirements.\nWork closely with product management and development teams to identify and resolve software defects.\nCollaborate in reviewing and refining documentation, ensuring that test procedures, test cases, and bug reports are thoroughly detailed.\nExecute manual and automated tests on UI, APIs, databases, and networking components.\nIdentify and analyze root causes of defects, providing actionable insights to improve product quality.\nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of networking, database technologies, and cloud-based applications.\nContribute to process improvements and best practices in software quality assurance.\nWe are looking for:\nExperience: 1+ years of experience in software testing or development.\nNetworking Knowledge: Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.\nLinux Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Linux\nDatabase Knowledge: Familiarity with database technologies and query languages (SQL, etc.).\nAPI Testing: Hands-on experience with API testing using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or similar.\nAttention to Detail: Exceptional focus on identifying even the smallest inconsistencies or potential defects.\nDocumentation Skills: Strong documentation habits with a keen eye for writing clear, concise, and actionable reports.\nCommunication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.\nTest Automation (a plus): Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Jmeter, Python, etc.) is highly desirable.\nNice to Have:\nFamiliarity with cloud-based solutions and services, especially in the cybersecurity domain.\nExperience working in agile environments and using version control tools like Git.\nAbout Our Team:\nJoin our team, known for its collaborative ethos, working seamlessly with global customers, internal engineering teams and product development groups. Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labour market, job type, and job level.
