This non-commissioned role offers an exciting opportunity for passionate sales professionals early in their careers to make a meaningful impact and grow alongside a dynamic team.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and nurture strong relationships with assigned customers, providing trusted consultation and support throughout the customer journey.\nCold call outside of assigned accounts to create leads for ASP products and services.\nCollaborate with Account Managers to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions, including product demonstration, training presentations and in-servicing.\nAssist in developing and executing strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and maximize the impact of ASP solutions.\nProvide hands-on support to customers, ensuring optimal utilization and effectiveness of our products and services.\nWork closely with internal teams to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and uphold our commitment to seamless customer experiences.\nCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support various projects as required, such as new product launches, process improvements, or customer-specific initiatives.\nStay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, identifying growth opportunities and proactively addressing customer needs.\nEngage with local chapters of professional organizations such as AORN, IAHCSMM, SGNA, and regional buying groups to foster connections and stay informed.\nLeverage tools, systems, and dashboards proactively to analyze sales performance and drive continuous improvement. \nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree required\nMinimum of 0-2 years of customer facing experience in a corporate environment\nPrior B2B sales experience preferred\nCandidates must possess a valid driver's license issued in the United States.\nThe ability to travel up to 75% of the time including air travel.\nMust be comfortable in hospital environments\nResidence must be within defined territory\nFortive Corporation Overview\nFortive’s essential technology makes the world stronger, safer, and smarter.
