ServicePlus customers are looking to expand their use of the CensiTrac software and often need advanced level of training to reach their goals. This position requires creative thinking and strong problem-solving skills along with a good working knowledge of the sterile processing department and CensiTrac. Communication with all other departments is a critical part of this role. This positions also requires strong interpersonal skills along with the demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as the ability to work independently to deliver solutions to the customers on time.\nThe Clinical Trainer will assist the Clinical Educators in the continual improvement efforts of the department including current and ongoing training documents and supporting material to assist training efforts. The Clinical Trainer will participate in educational activities that support Censis personnel, partners, customers, and potential customers.\nSpecific Responsibilities:\nDevelop in-depth understanding of the CensiTrac product suite; a SaaS-based, end to end solution.\nResponsible for executing training on all features and benefits to CensiTrac for ServicePlus customers.\nComplete all required ServicePlus documentation (e.g., training plans, reports, training checklists)\nCommunicates effectively with technical and non-technical client resources. \nProvides demonstrations and in-services at client sites. \nMaintain knowledge of equipment, products, and systems related to the sterile processing profession.\nThink creatively and actively provide solutions to assist customers in utilizing the Censis product suite to its fullest potential.\nProvide positive customer service and maintain professional acuity in representing Censis provided products. \nIdentify and communicate installation problems, software bugs and/or vital software modifications to internal Censis teams.\nBuild passion and excitement for Censis products.\nParticipate in Censis educational events\nActively participates in and contributes to Clinical Team activities, such as team meetings, in-service training, troubleshooting, Teams Chat, etc.\nInternal support of other departments as required / assigned; performs other duties as required.\nMaintain accurate travel expense records for timely submission. \nRequires travel up to 75%\nQualifications:\nRequired\nMinimum 1-year experience in a Sterile Processing department\nCurrent professional certification with HSPA or CBSPD\nMinimum of 1 year experience using or implementing CensiTrac\nKnowledge of regulatory bodies impacting Sterile Processing and Operating Rooms\nProficient in the use of Microsoft Office products, computer systems, and common software products\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in related area preferred or equivalent experience\nFortive Corporation Overview\nFortive's essential technology makes the world safer and more productive.
