Business Process Support\nBusiness Process Support\nSupport budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial close processes that enable data-driven business decisions.\nPartner with Finance and FP&A stakeholders to understand evolving business needs and identify opportunities to improve planning effectiveness.\nAnalyze business processes and recommend automation, standardization, and efficiency improvements.\nUtilize financial and operational insights to support better resource allocation, forecasting accuracy, and business performance.\nDocument business requirements and functional specifications that align technology solutions with business outcomes. \nDevelopment & Configuration\nConfigure planning forms, dashboards, business rules, and reports to meet business requirements.\nDevelop and maintain calculation scripts, automation routines, and workflow improvements.\nSupport integrations between EPM, ERP, Data Warehouse, and reporting environments.\nPerform impact analysis, testing, and validation for system enhancements, upgrades, and patches.\nMake sound decisions using data and business judgment while balancing short-term needs and long-term sustainability. \nReporting & Analytics\nDevelop and maintain financial reports, Smart View templates, and management dashboards that provide actionable business insights.\nEnsure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of financial reporting across platforms.\nSupport ad hoc analysis for Finance leadership and business partners.\nTranslate complex financial and system data into clear recommendations that improve decision-making and business outcomes.\nChallenge existing processes and identify innovative ways to improve reporting efficiency and stakeholder value\nData Management & Integration\nManage data loads, data validation, and reconciliation processes.\nTroubleshoot integration issues and collaborate across teams to resolve root causes.\nEnsure data integrity across interconnected systems and reporting environments.\nDevelop sustainable solutions that improve data quality, transparency, and operational efficiency. \nTesting & Quality Assurance\nPerform unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).\nValidate system enhancements, bug fixes, and process improvements before deployment.\nDocument test plans, outcomes, and lessons learned.\nShare knowledge, best practices, and expertise with business users and team members to improve organizational capability.\nFoster strong cross-functional partnerships by collaborating effectively and supporting successful adoption of new solutions.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.\n3-7 years of experience supporting Enterprise Performance Management solutions.\nExperience with:Oracle EPM Cloud (EPBCS/PBCS)\nHyperion Planning\nSmart View\nFinancial Reporting\nData Management / Data Integration\n\nStrong understanding of:Budgeting and Forecasting\nFinancial Statements\nFinancial Planning Processes\nManagement Reporting\n\nExperience collaborating with Finance and Accounting organizations.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nDemonstrated ability to influence outcomes through collaboration rather than authority.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Oracle ARCS (Account Reconciliation).\nKnowledge of FCCS, EDMCS, and Narrative Reporting.\nExperience with Groovy scripting and Calculation Manager.\nFamiliarity with EPM Automate and REST APIs.\nExperience with Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle EBS integrations.\nKnowledge of Power BI, Fabric, or other analytics platforms.\nOracle EPM certifications preferred.\nWhat
