You will be an integral part of our Marketing organization, which includes a diverse team of all ages, different nationalities, various talents, and professional backgrounds.\nKey responsibilities:\nDevelop and implement the EMEA event strategy across both Field Sales and Channel Sales organizations and align the event portfolio with their respective commercial priorities.\n\nOwn the event lead-management and reporting process, ensuring appropriate campaign tracking, data quality, compliant lead capture, timely handover and visibility of event-generated funnel and business outcomes.\n\nMonitor and analyze event performance, including attendee feedback, lead generation, return of investment (ROI), and provide recommendations for improvement.\n\nDevelop, manage, and execute live and web-based events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, etc.\n\nCoordinate all aspects of event planning and execution, including budget management, venue selection, vendor coordination, logistics, marketing, and post-event follow-up.\n\nCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of events and alignment with overall marketing objectives.\n\nCollaborate with the channel marketing team and distribution partners on joint (coop) events\n\nManage relationships with event vendors, suppliers, and sponsors to ensure successful partnerships and execution of contractual obligations.\n\nWork closely with marketing team to integrate events into overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.\n\nStay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in event management to continuously improve event strategies in execution.\n\nExperience & qualifications:\nBachelor degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field.\n\nProven experience in event management, including planning, execution, and post-event analysis.\n\nStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.\n\nExcellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.\n\nProficiency in budget management and cost and ROI analysis.\n\nFlexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.\n\nExperience with virtual platforms and technologies is a plus.\n\nAbility to travel occasionally for on-site event coordination and management.\n\nWhy Join Fluke?\nBe part of a high-performing, diverse EMEA channel marketing team\n\nWork in a collaborative, commercially driven environment\n\nLead modern, data-driven marketing innovations (AI, ABM, etc.)\n\nMake a direct impact on growth through strong sales and partner alignment\n\nFortive Corporation Overview\nFortive's essential technology makes the world safer and more productive.
