The role is critical in enabling a Zero Trust security model, strengthening cybersecurity posture, and advancing the organization’s modern workplace strategy.\nKey Responsibilities\nStrategic Leadership & Governance\nDefine and execute the enterprise strategy for Endpoint Technology, Identity, and Security services\nDrive adoption of Zero Trust architecture, Conditional Access, and identity-driven security controls\nEstablish governance models for endpoint, identity, and access lifecycle management\nAlign technology capabilities with evolving cybersecurity and business priorities\nEndpoint Technology Service & Engineering\nLead endpoint engineering, deployment, and management across platforms including:Microsoft SCCM / Endpoint Configuration Manager\nMicrosoft Intune / Endpoint Manager\n Jamf (Apple ecosystem)\n\nOversee device configuration standards, patching, and compliance enforcement\nManage lifecycle of corporate endpoints: provisioning, maintenance, and decommissioning\nEnable modern workplace capabilities including cloud-managed and hybrid endpoints\nIdentity & Access Management (IAM)\nRun enterprise identity governance and administration (IGA) operations\nOversee access provisioning, role-based access controls, and identity lifecycle management\nManage authentication services including SSO, MFA, federation technologies and Entra ID\nEnsure alignment with compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements\nOversee operational delivery of endpoint and identity services through EPAM-managed services\nDefine/maintain SLAs, KPIs, and service delivery metrics for IAM & EPAM support functions\nGovern day-to-day operations, incident management, and service requests\nEnsure adherence to security, compliance, and operational standards across vendor-managed environments\nDrive continuous service improvement, automation, and optimization\nDevice & Access Governance\nEstablish policies for device trust, compliance posture, and conditional access enforcement\nGovern device identity integration with enterprise identity systems\nEnsure seamless user access across devices while maintaining strong security controls\nModern Workplace & Cloud Governance\nLead initiatives supporting cloud-based endpoint management and hybrid workforce models\nEnable secure access to enterprise resources from any device, location, or network\nSupport digital transformation and mobility strategies\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner with Infrastructure, Security and Application teams to ensure integrated service delivery\nAct as a key liaison between endpoint, IAM, and cybersecurity functions\nLead and mentor cross-functional technical teams\nOperational Excellence & Delivery\nEnsure high availability and performance of endpoint and identity services\nDrive continuous improvement across operational processes and tools\nManage vendors, technologies, and project delivery related to endpoint and identity ecosystems\nQualifications & Experience Required\n10+ years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, endpoint management, IAM, with at least 5+ years in leadership roles\nStrong experience across:Endpoint technologies (SCCM, Intune, Jamf)\nIAM solutions (Azure AD / Entra ID, identity governance tools)\nSecurity frameworks (Zero Trust, Conditional Access, MFA)\n\nExcellent PowerShell scripting knowledge (must)\nSolid understanding of endpoint security, device compliance, and identity-driven access models\nExperience managing enterprise-scale environments and complex cross-functional initiatives\nPreferred Certifications:\n CISSP, CISM, or equivalent security certifications\nMicrosoft certifications (e.g., SC-300, MD-102)\nAWS Certified Security - specialty \nFortive Corporation Overview\nFortive’s essential technology makes the world safer and more productive.
