Our ideal candidate will bring facilities management expertise and a proven track record of driving successful projects from initiation through completion. This role has significant visibility and responsibility, serving as the external face of ServiceChannel to strategic accounts while working closely with senior leaders across the organization. The Marketplaces Project Manager will help advance ServiceChannel’s mission by strengthening partnerships, managing the optimization of provider networks, and ensuring the timely delivery of the contractual ServiceChannel obligations.\nKey Responsibilities\nApply project management best practices to support the Marketplaces program, including\nServiceChannel Managed, Network Optimization, and other strategic accounts.\n Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Implementation, Facility Services, Strategic Sourcing, Provider Development, and Operations to align project deliverables with customer expectations.\nCollect and analyze key customer information to enable successful program execution.\nSupport compliance and legal configuration processes by identifying contractual or operational nuances.\nReview customer data and recommend provider, system, or trade optimization strategies.\nParticipate in and document customer and implementation meetings, building trusted partnerships and capturing insights to source the best-fit providers.\nMaintain accurate project tracking, databases, and reports to monitor milestones and measure success across implementation, sourcing, and onboarding.\nTrack and report customer health, status, and progress toward team objectives.\nSynthesize and share client insights across internal stakeholders to drive alignment.\n Prepare and present data and recommendations to clients and internal teams.\nIdentify gaps in provider coverage and collaborate with sourcing and operations to address needs for new locations or trades.\nLead comprehensive issue list and trade consultations to improve service delivery and customer experience.\nManage and complete additional projects that positively impact Marketplaces, Operations, and other cross-functional teams.\nLeverage data insights to identify trends, measure impact, and recommend process improvements.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n 3+ years of project management experience.\nProven ability to manage complex programs with shifting priorities.\n Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex business challenges.\nExceptional professionalism, communication, and conflict resolution skills.\nAbility to influence stakeholders and drive decisions through clear, persuasive communication.\nSkilled in negotiation and building productive relationships.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail and quality.\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills.\nPreferred Skills & Experience\nExperience in facilities management strongly preferred.\nExperience with ServiceChannel software or similar CMMS solutions.\nAbility to balance and advocate effectively for internal stakeholders, providers, and clients.\nStrong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret and translate insights into actionable recommendations.\nDetail-oriented, adaptable, and solution-driven mindset.\nHighly motivated self-starter with a collaborative, positive team attitude.\nCreative thinker with a passion for continuous improvement.\nFortive Corporation Overview\nFortive's essential technology makes the world safer and more productive.
