Configure multi-level, role-based approval workflows with complex status transitions and automated email notifications.\n\nRelease & Deployments: Manage code and configuration migrations across environments using the SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF) and sandbox accounts.\n\nDocuments & Templates: Design and develop Advanced PDF/HTML templates and custom email templates for multi-subsidiary invoices, statements, and forms, consolidating functional printouts into clean, uniform layouts.\n\nOrder-to-Cash (O2C) & SaaS Billing Automation\n\nSaaS Billing Architecture: Develop and automate recurring billing processes, standard/custom billing schedules, and usage-based billing workflows driven by external platform data.\n\nPayment & EFT Gateways: Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot NetSuite payment instruments and integrations (e.g., Fortis, Stripe, or similar gateways). Investigate daily production payment failures, gateway declines, and validation errors.\n\nElectronic Payments: Own the EFT Payment SuiteApp setup. Configure bank formats, payment files, entity details, and handle Payment File Administration (PFA) error resolution.\n\nCore Integrations (Salesforce & Celigo)\n\nCeligo Development: Directly develop, configure, and deploy bi-directional data integrations between Salesforce CRM and NetSuite utilizing Celigo (Integrator.io).\n\nPipeline Monitoring & Optimization: Actively monitor integration flows, map data fields, write transformation rules, and debug sync errors to maintain absolute data integrity across systems.\n\nTechnical Support & Operations\n\nTicket Queue Ownership: Own and resolve daily technical support tickets, diagnosing script failures, workflow bottlenecks, and transaction processing issues.\n\nProcure-to-Pay (P2P) Maintenance: Maintain the technical configurations supporting purchasing, vendor approvals, and automated 3-way matching.\n\nData Hygiene: Minimize data entry errors by leveraging automated validation rules and executing clean data modifications via mass CSV imports.\n\nQualifications\n\nExperience: 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration and development experience within a SaaS or recurring revenue business model.\n\nTechnical Mastery: * Strong proficiency in SuiteScript 1.0/2.x and native SuiteFlow. \nDirect experience developing and deploying integrations via Celigo (specifically Salesforce-to-NetSuite).\n\nHands-on experience with the NetSuite EFT Payment SuiteApp and merchant payment gateways.\n\nCertifications (Preferred): NetSuite Certified Financial Associate, BI and Reporting Associate, or Administrator.\n\nExecution Style: A builder mindset.
