This role partners closely with customers, Facility Coordinators, Customer Success, Product Management, and Support teams to implement configuration changes, support platform enhancements, and drive adoption of ServiceChannel capabilities. This position is responsible for administrative configuration, user management, customer-requested updates, and communication regarding platform performance and enhancements.\nKey Responsibilities\nCustomer Platform Administration\nConfigure and maintain ServiceChannel platform settings based on customer requirements.\nModify and manage user access, permissions, and administrative settings.\nImplement customer-requested updates within approved platform modules.\nMaintain dashboard settings, workflows, and issue list configurations. \nCustomer Consultation & Support\nServe as the primary point of contact for platform administration requests.\nReview customer enhancement requests and collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate solutions.\nProvide customers with updates on enhancement requests and platform initiatives.\nCommunicate ServiceChannel system performance issues and platform updates to customers and internal stakeholders. \nConfiguration Management\nSupport configuration and administration within:\nLocations & Provider Assignments\nAsset Management\nRefrigerant Tracking\nSite Planning\nInventory\nProjects\nSupply Manager\nPreventative Maintenance configuration\nBusiness Hours settings\nInvoice and Proposal workflows\nAuto Invoice Approval processes\nDashboard administration\nIssue List configuration \nCross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner with Customer Success Managers, Product teams, Support teams, and Facility Coordinators to deliver customer solutions.\nParticipate in customer meetings related to platform administration and optimization.\nDocument platform changes and maintain configuration records.\nEscalate issues and risks appropriately to leadership and technical teams.\nQualifications\nRequired\n2+ years of experience in SaaS administration, customer support, system administration, facility management technology, or related fields.\nExperience managing customer-facing technology solutions.\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and customer requests simultaneously.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nExperience working with cross-functional stakeholders.\nPreferred\nServiceChannel platform experience.\nZendesk experience.\nKnowledge of facilities management workflows.\nExperience with workflow automation and business process optimization.\nExperience supporting enterprise customers.\nSuccess Measures\nCustomer satisfaction and platform adoption\nConfiguration accuracy and quality\nRequest turnaround time\nSLA adherence\nReduction in configuration-related escalations\nCustomer retention and expansion support\nStakeholder satisfaction\nFortive Corporation Overview\nFortive's essential technology makes the world safer and more productive.
