This level is based on business need.\nPrepare and maintain appropriate documentation.\nInput to writing or modifying of test procedures and construct new test fixtures from drawings and specifications.\nMay collect, analyze and report data on test processes and act as information source on related procedures and practices.\nTackle problems of moderate to high complexity.\nIndependent contacts with internal customers requiring discussion and interpretation.\nSound knowledge of related test practices, processes and procedures, ability to operate all types of electronic test equipment.\nEffective multi-functional skills and the ability to solve failure codes and use judgment in resolving problems.\nWorking Conditions and Basic Requirements:\nPosition may require occasional heavy lifting (> 50 lbs) or movement of objects up to 40 lbs.\nCollaborate with peers to find opportunities to reduce waste and drive improvements\nCommunicate quality problems to team leads, managers and engineers\nMatch up colors and assemble small pieces, required due to frequent close work.\nRead, speak and understand English in order to understand oral or written safety information, supervisory direction, and other instructions.\nBasic Qualifications:\n2-5 years of related experience\nHas substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks\nNormally receives little instruction on daily work.
