Your ability to align stakeholders, manage risks, and drive execution will directly contribute to successful customer outcomes.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead Implementation Delivery from Start to Finish\nOwn and drive SaaS implementation projects through the full project lifecycle, from project kickoff through go-live and transition to Customer Success.\nDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and governance structures.\nEnsure project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria remain aligned throughout delivery.\nActively manage project financials, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.\nPartner with Customers to Achieve Business Outcomes\nServe as the primary point of accountability for project delivery.\nBuild trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, including business and technical leaders.\nFacilitate project meetings, workshops, steering committees, and executive status discussions.\nEnsure customers remain informed, engaged, and You'll Work With\nYou will report to the Manager, Project Management and be part of a global Implementation Services organisation.\nYou will collaborate closely with:\nImplementation experienced Project Managers, consultants, architects, and subject matter experts committed to helping customers succeed.\nWhat You Bring on Day One\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.\n3+ years of Project Management experience delivering SaaS, enterprise software, or technology implementation projects.\nStrong understanding of software implementation lifecycles and project delivery methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches.\nStrong understanding of project delivery fundamentals including scope, schedule, risk, budget, quality, and stakeholder management.\nExperience working directly with customers and senior business stakeholders.\nExperience managing customer-facing projects involving multiple stakeholder groups and executive-level sponsors.\nStrong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.\nExperience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.\nAbility to lead through influence in cross-functional environments.\nStrong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nPreferred\n5+ years of Project Management experience delivering SaaS, enterprise software, or technology implementation projects.\nExperience delivering software implementations within a SaaS environment.\nExperience delivering Environmental, Sustainability, ESG, Carbon Management, EHS, Quality, regulatory compliance, or operational excellence initiatives.\nFamiliarity with environmental reporting, sustainability management, ESG disclosure, carbon accounting, environmental compliance, or related business processes.\nEducational background in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Management, Engineering, or related fields.\nPRINCE2, APM PMQ, PMP, or equivalent Project Management certification.\nExperience delivering projects across EMEA or within globally distributed customer environments.\nComfortable working within globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.\nExperience working with enterprise customers in manufacturing, energy, utilities, infrastructure, natural resources, chemical, or sustainability-focused industries.\nUnderstanding of application integrations and enterprise software ecosystems.\nMembership with the Association for
