Uses the FBS Toolset to drive measurable improvements in defect rates.\nResponsible for the investigation, resolution and closure of all Non-Conformances (NCR’s) for the Norwich site, including root cause analysis and countermeasure implementation.\nTakes the lead in facilitating FMEA Activities for both new and existing product lines in the Norwich facility, working with Manufacturing Engineering & Production teams to assess quality risks and implement containment/preventative action plans.\nActs as the gatekeeper for overall product quality, working closely with Production Managers and Team Leaders to ensure product shipping from Norwich meets defined quality standards, escalating major issues to Global Quality to apply Stop Ship enforcement if required.\nMay act as an EX/ETL/CSA Representative on site, hosting external auditors to ensure Norwich product complies with relevant safety/compliance requirements.\nTrains/facilitates the training of team members to defined standard process and ensures ongoing adherence to the standard.\nUses the Daily Management process to manage team performance, drive improvement, focus and prioritize production support activities.\nAdditional Information:\nFBS Activities:\nA portion of time will be spent attending required meetings, 1:1 reviews, and Performance Appraisal reviews as communicated by the Management team.
