As the Finance Manager, you will partner with a Business Unit General Manager to deliver against company goals and maintain our controls environment. This role will report directly to the FHS CFO.\nResponsibilities:\nPartner with level 1 leadership to deliver on financial goals.\nOwn the P&L for a hardware manufacturing business unit.\nMentor FP&A talent to build an organization of high impact players with a pathway for continued career advancement.\nDevelop financial acumen in business partners to improve understanding of how decisions impact results.\nProvide succinct and clear communication to leadership and business partners that generates insight and action.\nDrive profitable growth by working alongside commercial, product and engineering teams to solve problems and close gaps.\nAdvance our controls environment by ensuring strong cost visibility throughout the organization as well as accountability to monthly, quarterly and full-year budgets.\nOperate from a baseline of strong analytical and data-based logic in the development of forecasts, problem solving, and project delivery.\nMaintain a growth mindset in personal development as well as team development.\nFunction as a strategic thought leader within your business unit with a drive to innovate and a passion for execution.\nPartner with the accounting team to ensure SOX and accounting policy compliance across the business.\nDrive process improvements and efficiencies.\nDive in and roll up sleeves to assist global team as needed.\nLead various projects.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in finance and/or accounting. Masters preferred.\n5-7+ years of progressive experience in finance with commercial, product development and operations experience.\n3+ years of Leadership experience with demonstrated career progression. \nManufacturing experience preferred.\nExperience in hardware service environments a plus.\nExperience in SaaS or ARR business models a plus.\nExperienced in Excel and Microsoft Office required.
