Provide end user support, communicate standard processes and best practices.\nResponsible for working with Oracle on critical SRs and product enhancement requests.\nServe as a key liaison with third parties and other stakeholders to define, implement and support system interfaces.\nAble to work independently with minimal guidance.\nAbility to share knowledge, coach and train other colleagues with less experience.\nIdentifies gaps and analyzes downstream impacts of business requirements, makes recommendations for improvements within assigned business areas.\nEvaluate and recommend system upgrades, software installations, and technology enhancements to improve efficiency and productivity.\nCollaborate with vendors and external partners to implement and support technology solutions, ensuring smooth integration and functionality.\nStay updated with industry standards and regulations, ensuring compliance and adherence to security protocols.\nResponsible for working with platform support on critical service requests and product enhancements.\nRequired Qualifications:\nAt least 4 or more years of Oracle HCM techno-functional experience required, preferably for a large global company as an analyst.\nBachelor's degree with at least 6 or more years of technology or industry experience required\nExperience with Oracle technologies like Approval Workflows, VBS Studio, Sandbox, HCM Design studio, Flexfields, Fast Formulas, HDL, Quarterly updates, CWB patches etc.\nStrong technical skills in HCM System extracts, API Connectors, Reporting & analytics, developing system solutions and documentation standards.\nAdvanced experience with Oracle HCM Cloud configurations and processes across modules- Global HR, Compensation, Talent Management etc.\nStrong collaboration skills while working with SMEs, and business users/ stakeholders to drive business analysis/user requirements.\nStrong negotiation skills when working with business users to develop requirements and defend systems capabilities.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nOracle Cloud HCM Certification.\nWillingness to learn new applications and tools to support business model.\nDemonstrated experience working in an Agile environment with understanding of test concepts, methodologies, and practices.\nKnowledge of Redwood and Oracle AI concepts.\nLocation:\nBangalore (Hybrid)\nFortive Corporation Overview\nFortive’s essential technology makes the world safer and more productive.
