This position reports to the Director, Federal and State Tax Operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist with the preparation and review of Federal and State corporate tax filings and supporting workpapers.\nSupport the US income tax provision processes, including current and deferred taxes and related disclosures. \nPrepare federal and state income and franchise tax estimated payments and extensions.\nAssist with tax audits and inquiries, including data collection, drafting responses, and coordinating resolutions with tax authorities.\nPartner with operating companies on indirect tax matters, including sales and use tax, property tax, and business licenses.\nContinuously evaluate and improve processes, automation, and data flows to support a growing and evolving business.\nDevelop and maintain standard work, process documentation, and knowledge sharing to support scalability, audit readiness, and team effectiveness.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Master’s in Taxation and/or CPA preferred.\n2+ years of progressive experience in corporate and/or public accounting with a focus on corporate income tax.\nFoundational understanding of US federal and state income and indirect tax principles.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.\nExperience with Corptax, Alteryx, Power Platform, agentic AI, or similar automation tools.\nResults-oriented, intellectually curious, collaborative, and improvement-focused mindset.\nPassion for tax optimization and scalable solutions.\nLocation and In-Office Requirements Located in Everett, WA.
