This role is responsible for building cohesive, end-to-end campaigns across print, digital, social, and event channels within the healthcare or medical device space. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong execution skills to ensure consistent messaging, maximize engagement, and drive measurable business impact.\nKey Responsibilities:\nContent Strategy & Execution\nDevelop and lead integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives and product priorities\nBuild omni-channel campaign strategies spanning digital, social, print, and event marketing\nEnsure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all channels and touchpoints\nManage campaign timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination\nPrint & Digital Marketing\nOversee development of print materials including brochures, sales collateral, and tradeshow assets\nLead digital execution including email campaigns, landing pages, and online and print promotions\nPartner with creative teams to produce high-quality assets across formats\nSocial & Content Integration\nAlign social media strategy with broader campaign initiatives\nEnsure content is effectively repurposed across channels to maximize reach and engagement\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner with product marketing, sales, clinical education, and leadership teams to align messaging and campaign priorities\nWork closely with external vendors and agencies as needed\nBrand & Experience Management\nEnsure consistent brand presence and messaging across all events\nReporting & KPI Management\nDeliver regular performance reporting, highlighting insights, trends, and actionable recommendations\nEstablish benchmarks and conduct A/B testing to continuously improve campaign effectiveness\nMeasure ROI of marketing initiatives to inform future marketing communications decisions\nProvide post-campaign analysis and executive summaries linking marketing performance to MQL impact\nAdditional Duties\nPerform other tasks as assigned to support Global Commercial Marketing and cross-functional initiative, KOM - sales meeting event planning\nQualifications\nRequired:\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing or Marketing Communications or a related field, (advertising, or equivalent experience) \n5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, communications, campaign management, or related marketing roles \nDemonstrated experience planning and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns across omni-channel platforms (digital, social, email, events, etc.)\nStrong marketing foundation with experience in brand strategy, content development, and campaign performance optimization \nProven ability to partner with external creative agencies and internal product managers to deliver impactful campaigns \nPrior experience in the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industry strongly preferred\nPreferred:\nExperience with marketing automation and CRM tools\nFamiliarity with analytics and campaign performance tools\nExperience working with agencies or managing external partners\nFamiliarity with Ad Promo and MLR processes\nFortive Corporation Overview\nFortive's essential technology makes the world safer and more productive.
