In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and directly with customers to deploy Fortra’s software solutions in the field. Your ability to build strong partnerships, drive successful implementations, and adapt to diverse customer environments will be essential. This role requires extensive travel and occasional delivery of formal training sessions to customers and partners, highlighting your excellent communication and consulting skills to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.\n\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nDeliver customer training to ensure clients can take full advantage of product features and functionality.\nDeliver professional services to support successful product implementations and customer outcomes.\nProvide training and enablement for Fortra business partners so they can effectively deliver technical services and support to their customers.\nConduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept (POC) engagements for prospective customers, showcasing how our solutions address business challenges and requirements.\nAssess customer training and consulting needs and partner with Sales to develop quotes and Statements of Work (SOWs) for services engagements.\nSupport and enhance the Customer Lifecycle process, continuously identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.\nProvide feedback and enhancement recommendations to the R&D team to help improve products and expand market opportunities.\nTravel regionally as needed (less than 20%) to support customer implementations and software deployments.\nOccasionally work outside normal business hours to support customer requirements when necessary.\nCreate and maintain knowledge base articles, technical tips, and best practices as needed.\nConsistently conduct yourself in a professional manner and adhere to all Fortra policies and procedures.\nDemonstrate a high level of integrity, honesty, and customer service in all interactions with employees, prospects, partners, and customers.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nExperience with Managed File Transfer (MFT) products and/or scripting.\nProgramming experience.\nCISSP or other cybersecurity certifications.\nExperience with Linux and Windows environments; IBM platform experience is a plus.\nCloud platform experience, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).\nContainerization experience, such as Docker.\nSQL experience, including proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and DB2.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.\nExcellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.\nExperience collaborating with internal stakeholders, including Development, Support, Sales, Pre-Sales, and Project Management teams, as well as external stakeholders such as IT Managers, System Administrators, Project Leaders, and Project Managers.\nProven ability to work effectively in collaborative team environments and contribute to shared goals and business objectives.\nCompensation: 90,000 USD - 100,000 USD\nAt Fortra, we’re breaking the attack chain.
