In this role, you will be responsible for planning, installing, and implementing Fortra software solutions for clients, ensuring seamless deployment and optimal performance. You will also deliver comprehensive training and guidance to customers, enabling them to maximize the value of our solutions. This position requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects while providing an exceptional customer experience.\n\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nDeliver complex software implementation projects from contract acceptance through to Go Live.\nGuide customers through best practice processes to help ensure successful adoption of solution.\nCreate high level acceptance test plans to confirm solution functionality and demonstrate functionality to customer.\nConfigure and document software settings and deployment architecture to meet Fortra and customer requirements.\nResolve any identified issues or concerns related to the software implementation.\nDocument and escalate complex issues to Support.\nInteracts with customers regularly to schedule work, provide project updates, clarify requirements and answer questions about the project or products. Often delivers product training.\nRegularly employs consultative selling techniques during customer interactions and identifies selling opportunities (software and services) with customers. Builds strong customer relationships that encourage additional services work with customers.\nWork collaboratively to assess impact of change requests for effort estimation and capacity planning purposes.\nProvide communication of task status to the customer and to the Manager of Professional Services through regular status reporting and other presentation vehicles.\nAssist in the monitoring of project-related issues or escalations (of an urgent or high priority nature) and build response strategies and actions to address issues.\nBack-up for TAM’s projects as required\nProvides Resident Consultant work as required\nTravel up to and sometimes more than 50% to customer locations.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nA four-year degree is preferred. Equivalent work experience and accreditations will be considered\n2+ years of experience implementing and providing Services on related software\nConfident and positive attitude in facing complex organizations and processes.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and quality.\nEffective interpersonal and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.\nBuilds strong customer relationships through responsiveness and expertise.\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nAbility to effectively handle multiple projects and responsibilities.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.\nCompensation: 150,000 USD - 160,000 USD\nAt Fortra, we’re breaking the attack chain.
