- Overview\nJob Title: Customer Care Intern\nProgram Details:\nThis is a 6-month trainee program with the potential for a permanent position.\nA monthly stipend will be provided during the training period.\nLocation: Fully Remote\nMust have a 2 to 3 Hours Backup, 22 to 24” Monitor with HDMI Cable, Table, Chair and Quite place to\nwork.\nTimings:\nMonday to Friday: 9 AM to 6 PM BST\nSaturday: 10 AM to 3 PM BST\nAbout the Role\nPosition Responsibilities:\nRespond to customer/clients queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat\nIdentify customer/clients needs and help customers use specific features\nUpdate our internal databases/CRM with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers\nMonitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance\nShare feature requests and effective workarounds with team members\nGather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams\nAssist in training junior Customer Support Representatives\nUpdate CRM (Change current course to completed modules)\nHandle complicated queries which are not resolved by the first contact person.\nSpecific Knowledge, Skills or
