month for bench candidates through BD efforts\n\nMaintain 100% accurate records of all communications, contracts, and open positions\n\nShare weekly BD activity status reports with management\n\nConduct minimum 15 follow-up calls/emails per week with vendors and clients\n\nMaintain average response time under 24 hours for all vendor/client communications\n\nAchieve minimum 5 placements per month via internal BD (hard target)\n\nMaintain >70% interview-to-offer conversion ratio for BD-submitted candidates\n\nEnsure minimum 80% client satisfaction rate based on communication and service feedback\n\nDevelop 2-3 long-term vendor partnerships per quarter\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\nExperience in IT staffing, recruitment BD, or vendor management\n\nStrong negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills\n\nAbility to convert relationships into live positions and placements\n\nComfortable working with strict monthly targets and reporting\n\nPerformance
