Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract candidates.\n Creating and optimizing Technical Resumes and LinkedIn profiles for the Candidates.\n Setting up the UK job board for the Internal Candidates.\n Hiring Candidates as per the organization’s requirement.\n Onboarding and offboarding of candidates.\n Getting up candidates' profiles in the ATS and following up as per guidelines.\n Conducting MOC interviews for our internal candidates and making sure they are ready for\nthe jobmarket.\n Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve theintern\nal hiring process.\n Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment\nactivities inthe applicant tracking system.\n Follow-up on internal candidates, via pre-set email daily as per ATS and call them whereverpossible.\n Share the Technical and Recruitment/HR\nexisting technical questions using the templates via theshare point.\n Encouraging all the internal candidates to keep applying using, LinkedIn, UK/Ireland job\nboards likeJobServe, CV Library,
