to 6 PM BST\nSaturday: 10 AM to 3 PM BST\nAbout the Role\nPosition Responsibilities:\nTraining Delivery, Exam Preparation, Exam Review, Technical Support, Mock Test and Skill Assessment.\nPlan and develop IT Training courses across all disciplines within the Trust (ITF, A+, MS bootcamp, Cisco, and Firewalls training)\nDeliver IT Training across the Trust in line with departmental schedule.\nEnsure personal knowledge is up-to-date and relevant\nProvide exam preparation training/guidelines to all students\nConduct mock test \nResearch and resolve M365 Training & Support issues.\nConduct lab support sessions and resolve student issues regarding the Labs\nAssist students for exam booking and other certifications\nHelp with training for new employees.\nSpecific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nProfessional certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Certified Trainer, CISCO, etc.) are a plus.\nProven experience as an IT Trainer, IT Specialist, or in a similar role.\nIn-depth knowledge of IT systems, networks, and tools.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\nAbility to simplify complex concepts and engage diverse audiences.\nStrong problem-solving skills and patience in dealing with technical issues.\nFamiliarity with various training methods and platforms, including
