The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in bench sales, vendor management, rate negotiation, consultant marketing, and client coordination within the US staffing ecosystem.\nThis role requires excellent communication skills, a strong network of prime vendors and implementation partners, and the ability to place consultants efficiently on C2C, W2, and contract opportunities.\nKey Responsibilities\nMarket bench consultants across the US IT staffing market\n\nBuild and maintain relationships with prime vendors, implementation partners, and staffing agencies\n\nIdentify suitable contract opportunities for consultants based on technologies and experience\n\nNegotiate billing rates, contract terms, and client requirements\n\nCoordinate interviews, submissions, follow-ups, and onboarding processes\n\nMaintain daily tracking of submissions, interviews, and placements\n\nWork closely with recruiters and account managers to fulfill client requirements\n\nEnsure consultants are marketed aggressively through job portals, LinkedIn, and vendor networks\n\nManage end-to-end bench sales lifecycle from sourcing opportunities to successful placement\n\nMaintain updated consultant profiles, resumes, and availability status\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n3+ years of proven experience in US Bench Sales / US IT Staffing\n\nStrong understanding of the US recruitment and staffing process\n\nHands-on experience with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn\n\nStrong network of vendors and implementation partners in the USA market\n\nExcellent negotiation and communication skills\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment\n\nStrong understanding of visa types including H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC\n\nExperience working with technologies such as Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, etc.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business, HR, IT, or related field\n\nExperience handling multiple consultants simultaneously\n\nStrong expertise in rate negotiations and consultant positioning\n\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision\n\nKPIs / Performance
