Our global team, based in Australia, India, the UK and the US, works closely with Budgets and Proposals and the operational teams to deliver high-quality budgets, proposals, and Request for Information (RFI) responses.\nApprenticeship Summary:\nThe Apprentice will support entry-level Biometrics Costing activities while completing structured training and working in accordance with applicable Fortrea procedures. Key responsibilities include:\nSupport the development and review of Biometrics budgets across Data Management, Biostatistics and Statistical Programming.\nAssist in reviewing study requirements and RFP information to support accurate and competitive costings.\nPrepare Case Report Form (CRF) count estimates to support study costing.\nSupport the preparation and review of proposals, budget assumptions, and RFI responses.\nWork collaboratively with the Biometrics Costing, Budgets and Proposals, and operational teams, gaining exposure to the pre-award process.\nDevelop practical knowledge of Biometrics costing processes, systems, and tools through structured training and hands-on experience.\nLearn how protocol requirements influence Biometrics scope and costing\nEducation/Qualifications/Skills:\nEducation:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences preferred\nSkills:\n· Strong numerical and analytical skills, with good attention to detail.\n· Good written and verbal communication skills.\n· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\n· Ability to organise and prioritise work and meet deadlines.\n· Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with an interest in learning about clinical trials, Biometrics, and the commercial/RFP process.\nBasic knowledge or coursework in Base SAS, Data Analysis, Statistics,
